Remuneration

There is high demand for trained professionals, and entry-level pay is impressive: a fresher can expect a package of around three lakh or more per annum. A master’s degree can lift the offer further, and because experience counts in clinical research, the longer you stay in the field, the higher the salary you can expect.

Growth prospects

There are growth opportunities along the way for those willing to learn. If you’re interested in serious research work, you can also pursue a PhD and go further into research.
